1. Services & Appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. We walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but appointments are highly recommended.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 2 to 4 hours in advance out of respect for our stylists' time.
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior or health/safety concerns.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices for haircuts, spa services, keratin treatments, and other services are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

3. Website Use

• The content on this website is for your general information and use only.
• Unauthorized use of this website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hair Factor Unisex Salon and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including allergic reactions to products, provided we have followed standard safety protocols and professional guidelines.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising out of your use of our site or salon will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
